Bespoke by Remote - How It Works
1: Discovery Call
Your Bespoke-by-Remote journey begins with a complimentary discovery call. This relaxed virtual meeting is a chance for us to introduce ourselves and the service, while learning all about your exciting project.
It's also the perfect opportunity for you to get a feel for how we work and decide whether the service, and which level is right for you.
Once you've chosen your preferred package we'll prepare your contract and invoice, agree on a suitable start date, and get everything in place to move on to the next stage.
Please note: your project will officially begin once full payment has been received. If, at any point, you feel a higher level of service would better suit your needs, you're welcome to upgrade by paying the difference. Downgrading to a lower package, however, isn't possible once work has begun.
2: Questionnaire
Next, we'll send you a detailed questionnaire designed to help us understand your space, your lifestyle, and your personal style.
This is your chance to tell us what's working (and what isn't) in your current home, along with the improvements you'd love to make. You don't need to have fully formed visions - insights like whether you enjoy pattern, or how confident you are with colour, are incredibly helpful starting points for us.
3: Initial Concepts
Using your questionnaire as our guide, we'll create a curated selection of style and colour concepts to explore different design directions.
These ideas are designed to both reflect your preferences and gently push the boundaries - introducing options you may not have considered, but could fall in love with. Think of this stage as the creative springboard for your final design.
4: Feedback
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and your feedback is essential.
At this stage, we'll refine the design based on your thoughts on the initial concepts. Feel free to share what you love, what you're unsure about, and what doesn't quite feel right. You're also welcome to mix and match elements from different concepts to create something truly bespoke.
Feedback can be shared via email, or we can arrange another virtual meeting to talk everything through together - whichever suits you best.
5: Final Design
With your feedback in mind, we'll develop and present your final design along with your completed moodboard(s).
You can choose to receive this as a beautifully presented digital document, or we can walk you through it together during a virtual meeting - whichever you prefer.
Please note: if you've selected our 'Starter' package, you will receive a final moodboard.
6: Shopping List
The final step is bringing your design to life.
You'll receive a detailed, itemised shopping list including all the pieces featured in your design or moodboard, along with quantities and direct links to purchase.
With everything clearly laid out, you'll have all the tools you need to confidently transform your space.
